I ordered this on a whim to give it a try after reading a few reviews. It's worked well enough for me that I just ordered my second bottle. My acne has never been very bad, but an occasional break out would cause me frustration and stress. I've been taking two pills a day and it's been about three weeks. I feel like my skin has been more consistently clear than ever before. I haven't experienced any negative effects.
